        • Custom-printed T-shirts, personalized items, or discounted sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

            • Refunds are initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.

            • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or our error.

            6. Damaged or Defective Products

                • We may ask for photos or evidence of the defect before initiating a replacement or refund.

                  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
